This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Planika, its affiliates, and its subsidiaries (collectively, "Planika," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, process, and disclose your information when you access or use our mobile application, website, software, and associated services (collectively, the "Services").

C. Calendar and Third-Party Integrations

If you elect to grant the Services access to third-party applications (such as device calendars), we may access, process, and temporarily cache relevant scheduling data to effectuate the requested AI-assisted task management and synchronization features. We limit the retention of such synchronized data to what is reasonably necessary to provide the Services and do not currently utilize this specific integration data for targeted third-party advertising.

Planika reserves the right to use the collected information for various business and commercial purposes, including, but not limited to:

• Providing, maintaining, operating, and personalizing the Services.
• Processing User Content to generate AI-driven plans, insights, and recommendations.
• Analyzing usage trends to develop new features, improve algorithms, and enhance overall product performance.
• Detecting, preventing, and mitigating technical anomalies, fraud, security breaches, and other malicious activities.
• Communicating with you regarding service updates, administrative notices, and promotional offers (subject to your opt-out rights).
• Complying with applicable legal obligations, enforcing our Terms of Service, and protecting the rights, property, or safety of Planika, our users, or the public.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Processing

Planika leverages advanced artificial intelligence technologies to deliver its core functionalities. You acknowledge and agree that in order to provide the Services, relevant portions of your User Content may be securely transmitted to and processed by third-party artificial intelligence infrastructure and service providers.

While we require our enterprise AI partners to employ industry-standard privacy protections and restrict their use of your data strictly to providing the API services to Planika, we disclaim liability for the independent privacy practices of any third-party providers beyond our direct control.

4. How We Disclose Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Data in the traditional sense. However, we may share or disclose your information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers & Vendors: We may share data with third-party vendors, consultants, and infrastructure providers who require access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, and AI model generation).

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

By utilizing the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to our facilities and the facilities of third parties with whom we share it as described in this Policy.
